Alrights, i received a letter from school that goes like this.
LETTER OF IRREGULAR ATTENDANCE
Our records indicate that your attendance rate for the month of January 2008 has not met the College requirement.
All programmes at LASALLE College of the Arts are practice-based. As such, irregular attendance mens that your your own skills and knowledge will be adversely affected. That is why college policy states that students are expected to attend all classes and timetabled activities.
It is most difficult to pass all modules without regular attendance. Failing classes will impede your academic progress, and may make it difficult or even impossible for you to complete your course.
If you are having particular difficulties, we would like to be able to assist you. We therefore urge you to contact the Dean of Faculty or your Programme Leader as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Surianah Tohid
Executive
Division of Academic Administration.
ermm people, do you know why i hate going to school?
it's because of all the fucking bias lecturers i have.
some do not even fucking care when you ask them questions.
especially this particular lecturer.
i don't wana mention names here, but i guess my classmates know who i'm referring to.
she is fucking bias, she don't give a damn to students she thinks that has NO TALENTS.
if she dosen't like you, you'll be totally transparent to her during class.
she won't even bother to come over to take a look at your work.
she call herself a lecturer? but not all lecturers are like that. just SOME.
one more thing, coming to an art school should be like cultivating your creative minds, learning skills of arts and do what you're fond of.
but after coming to LASALLE, BAM! all your thoughts would be shattered.
in LASALLE, you are literally FORCED to do works that are allocated to you.
failing to do so? means failing the meaningless foundation year. meaning no more persuing your dreams in the arts industry.
i really hated how things work in LASALLE, the lecturers for instance.
maybe i made a really bad choice in choosing to come to this school.
so to people who are considering to join LASALLE, please consider twice (:
